Today I made a PB4L poster PB4L stands for positive behaviour for learning.
On the left side it's where people are climbing the footstep to success but on the right side, the teacher is pushing a person to climb it but he just doesn't want to.

Good attempt to explain the picture, Viliami. I guess, teachers develop the positive behaviour for learning in students through teaching and learning, re teaching correct attitudes and behaviours for success. This brings about success. I love your idea and the picture. Thanks for your work on the poster.
