Hangout fitness session

This morning our class hangout was a little bit different. Our house leaders planned a workout for our hangout this morning. We did exercises like bear crawls, lunges, push ups, inch worms and sit ups. These are all exercises we can do while at home. It was great to see everyone participating and getting into the workout. 

Well done house leaders for today's session.
